This policy explains how Prasanna Associates (“EazyBanker”, “we”) handles information when you use our CIBIL rectification analysis service. By using the service you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Contact details — name, email address and mobile number, provided at checkout.
- Identity and address details — PAN, date of birth, gender and residential address, provided by you to retrieve your credit report.
- Credit information — your credit report and the analysis derived from it.
- Payment information — processed by our payment partner (Cashfree). We do not store card or bank credentials.
How we use it
- To retrieve your credit report with your explicit consent.
- To prepare and deliver your analysis and consultation.
- To contact you about your order (including via WhatsApp).
- To meet legal, accounting and fraud-prevention obligations.
Sharing
We share the minimum necessary data with: our credit-bureau access provider (to pull your report), our payment processor (Cashfree), and communication and CRM tools used to service your order. We do not sell your personal information.
Security & retention
Credit reports and analysis outputs are encrypted at rest and access is restricted. We retain personal and credit data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent for future processing, by emailing info@eazybanker.in. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out.
