Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the services offered by Prasanna Associates (“EazyBanker”). By paying for a service you accept these terms. All prices are in Indian rupees and inclusive of GST.

Our services

CIBIL analysis report (₹499). With your consent, we retrieve your credit report and give you an itemised breakdown of the factors affecting your score and a plan to fix them. The report is usually delivered on our website within minutes of receiving your credit report, and at most within one business day.

CIBIL rectification support (₹5,000 to ₹12,000 per issue). A dedicated analyst works on the wrong or outstanding entries in your credit report, such as bank dues, settled or written-off accounts and reporting errors. We follow up with the lenders concerned and raise disputes with the credit bureau on your behalf. The fee depends on the number and type of issues in your case and is agreed with you before you pay. Rectification usually takes a few weeks, depending on how quickly lenders and bureaus respond.

Both services are advisory and support services. We are not a credit bureau or a lender. We do not guarantee any particular change in your credit score, and we cannot remove accurate information from your report. Corrections are made only by lenders and credit bureaus through their official processes.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate identity and contact details, and only use your own credit information.
  • Give explicit, informed consent before we retrieve your credit report.
  • For rectification, share the documents we ask for and settle any dues you agree to pay to your lenders, as these are needed for a correction.
  • Not resell or redistribute the analysis.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the fee you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made by lenders or bureaus.

Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction at our registered place of business in Nizamabad, Telangana.
