Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the CIBIL rectification analysis service offered by Prasanna Associates (“EazyBanker”). By paying for the service you accept these terms.

The service

For a one-time fee of ₹1,499 (inclusive of applicable taxes) we provide a manual analysis of your credit report — an itemised breakdown of factors affecting your score, a prioritised rectification plan, and a consultation call. The service is advisory. We do not guarantee any particular change in your credit score, and we are not a credit bureau, lender or credit-repair contractor.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate identity and contact details, and only use your own credit information.
• Give explicit, informed consent before we retrieve your credit report.
• Not resell or redistribute the analysis.

Delivery

Analysis is typically delivered within one business day of receiving your credit report. Timelines are estimates, not commitments.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fee you paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes of decisions made by lenders or bureaus.

Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction at our registered place of business.
